Yes, to keep our trucks moving efficiently for all customers, we have a few standard parameters for on-site deliveries:
Order Minimum: We require a 2-yard minimum for all deliveries.
Short Loads: Any load under 9 cubic yards will include a standard short load fee.
Unloading Time: We allocate 5 minutes of unloading time per yard of concrete. Unloading time that exceeds this window will be subject to an additional standby or demurrage charge.
A successful concrete project starts with a great team and we always recommend partnering with an experienced contractor who is properly licensed, bonded, and insured. Working with a verified professional ensures your project meets local South Bay building codes and gives you peace of mind.

As your local ready-mix supplier, our goal is to provide top-quality materials to your contractor so your project looks incredible. In California, it is standard practice for homeowners to track where their project funds are going. To ensure a worry-free experience, we highly encourage homeowners to use standard payment safeguards. Simple, routine practices, like using joint checks or asking your contractor for a "Lien Waiver and Release" when making progress payments, ensure that all material suppliers and workers are paid properly and on time by your contractor. Professional contractors are very familiar with these documents and are usually happy to provide them!

- We strive to arrive on time, though please keep in mind that local Bay Area traffic and unforeseen road conditions are occasionally beyond our control.
